Brasslite uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping all orders. All single stove orders within the continental USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) are sent via USPS first class mail which usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the “zone” distance from Philadelphia PA. All other orders which exceed 13 ounces in weight are sent by Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days, also depending on your distance from Philadelphia, PA. Orders are USUALLY shipped Wednesdays and Saturdays. The word “usually” is used because Brasslite is a small operation and variations of the shipping schedule may be made to accomodate the owner’s other responsibilities. USPS Express Mail (guaranteed overnight) is also available, at actual cost. If you want your item(s) sent overnight please email first to obtain a quote and discuss shipping date.
