Pay for a Brasslite Stove by Check or Money Order

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES DO NOT USE THIS FORM! There is an additional shipping and handling charge. Please click here for further instructions.

All stove orders within the continental USA (including Alaska and Hawaii) are sent via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days depending on your distance from Philadelphia, PA. Bottles ordered separately without stoves are shipped by USPS 1st class mail. USPS Express Mail (guaranteed overnight) is also available, at actual cost. If you want your stove(s) sent overnight please email first to obtain a quote.

To order with check or money order please print, fill out and send the order form. A printable, order form for any check or money order purchases is available for download here.

If you are not able to print the order form because you don’t have Adobe Acrobat, the Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download available here.

Using the printed form is preferred. If you don’t have a printer, please include in a letter the information listed below:

List the item(s) you want and add up the total (including shipping charges) according to the prices as they are listed on the mail order form, or the online form(s). If you are having your order shipped to Pennsylvania, you must add sales tax for 6% of your order total before the shipping. Shipping charges are not taxed.

Make check/money order payable to Brasslite, LLC and be sure to also list your name, address, telephone number, email address, shipping address (if different from your other address, ie. work). Checks will normally take 3-5 business days to clear after they are received before your requested item(s) can be shipped. Money orders require no clearance time. Please also include a note about how you heard of Brasslite. It’s very helpful for me to know how the networking is going.
